Oshikwanyama (Cuanhama) (R.21) é uma língua transfronteiriça, falada por cerca de 800 000 falantes, nas Repúblicas de Angola e da Namíbia, a sul/sudoeste do continente africano, pelo povo ovakwanyama (Cuanhama). Oshikwanyama é uma língua da família banto, e integra o também referido como Complexo Linguístico Oshiwambo constituído por 12 línguas, a saber: Oshikwanyama, Oshivale, Oshimbadja, Oshindonga, Oshikafima, Oshidombodola, Kwambi, Kolonghadhi, Ngadjela, Kwaruudhi, Mbalanhu, Kolonkadhi, unidas por uma cadeia de inteligibilidade mútua. O povo Kwanyama possui uma gastronomia diversificada, tendo como pratos típicos: oshifima, odjove, evanda, ombidi, etanga, omakunde, oshuungu e omafuma, e bebidas, tais como oshikundu, omaongo, omalodu, ombike, oshinwa, nomeva okomako.Entre as festas populares deste povo destacam-se ekululo, epasha, efundula. As mulheres kwanyamas distinguem-se pelo uso do traje ODELELA.

Oshikwanyama (Cuanhama R21) elaka hali popiwa kovakwanyama, ovanhu taa fekelwa va fika pomayovi omafele a tano na atatu (800 000) koilongo ivali yaAngola na Namibia, kolukadi le nenedu laAfrika. Oshikwanyama elaka lo mongudu yomalaka ovabanhu (banto), na unene tuu, lo moshitai shomalaka (12) ovawambo (ambós) ngaashi taa landula: Oshikwanyama, Oshivale, Oshimbadja, Oshindonga, Oshikafima, Oshidombodola, Kwambi, Kolonghadhi, Ngadjela, Kwaruudhi, Mbalanhu, Kolonkadhi. Ngueenge tashi uya koi(na)kuliwa, moukwanyama oto hangemo odjove, evanda, ombidi, etanga, omakunde, oshuungu e omafuma. Ile koi(na)kunuwa, moukwanyama oto mono mo oshikundu, omaongo, omalodu, ombike, oshinwa, nomeva okomako. Ovakwanyama ohava dana oivilo yafimana ngaashi Ekululo, Epasha, nEfundula. ODELELA oshidjalomwa shafimana hashi djalwa naunene koomeme.
