Angolan Independence nationalism 1961-1975 is directed by three iconic figure — Holden Robert, from UPA-FNLA, António Agostinho Neto, MPLA and Jonas Malheiro Savimbi UNITA. It should be noted, however, that the negotiations between the angolan liberation movements and Portugal in Alvor, validated the Independence proclaimed by the MPLA headed by Agostinho Neto. In this study, in the context of the political history of the liberation of the Angola and due to the 99th anniversary of Agostinho Neto, it proposed to discuss the political trajectory of the first presidente of independente Angola. The question is, this time in light of the colonial reality and its implications in Angola who is Agostinho Neto between 1947 and 1975? To answer the question, the study uses prosopography analysis and history of concepts. The motto of the essay is the historical, political and social actions that are at the base and origin of the of the construction of the state and nation of Angola her carried out through the intermediary of Agostinho Neto. This man, known by the cod names of Manguxi and Kilamba during the revolution presidente of the MPLA, winner of the Independence negotiations with Portugal, administering power of the territory in 1975, is the founder and father of the state and nation of Angola.
