Résumé

Avec la numérisation croissante de tous les aspects de la vie humaine, les gens se sentent de plus en plus bombardés et dépassés par les tentatives persistantes des différentes marques d'attirer l'attention des consommateurs potentiels, dans le but de les convertir en clients. Cette étude vise à analyser le rôle des influenceurs dans le marketing d'influence des restaurants - Maputo City. La recherche en question est qualitative et a analysé cinq restaurants (deux portugais, deux mozambicains et un japonais) à travers des entretiens avec des dirigeants et des influenceurs, en plus de recherches bibliographiques et virtuelles. Les résultats de l’enquête ont révélé que les restaurants ont obtenu de bons résultats en matière de partenariats avec des influenceurs numériques. Il n’existe pas d’influenceurs digitaux spécialisés ou dédiés uniquement au secteur de la restauration. Les principaux influenceurs comptent plus d'un million de followers sur plusieurs plateformes numériques, comme Instagram et Facebook.
