With the increasing digitization of all aspects of human life, people feel increasingly bombarded and overwhelmed by the persistent attempts of various brands to attract the attention of potential consumers, with the intention of converting them into customers. This study aims to analyze the role of influencers in Restaurant Influence Marketing - Maputo City. The research in question is qualitative and analyzed five restaurants (two Portuguese, two Mozambican and one Japanese) through interviews with managers and influencers, as well as bibliographical and virtual research. The results of the research revealed that the restaurants have had good results in their partnerships with digital influencers. There are no digital influencers who are specialized or dedicated solely to the restaurant sector. The main influencers have more than 1 million followers on multiple digital platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook.
