Pedagogical subsidies is a reflection focused on the current reality of education, where the number of students continues to grow, but the same cannot be said about quality. We do not intend to seek results from the sector; our communication focuses on a pedagogical perspective, based on the inconsistencies in the performance of teaching activities. Many students struggle to enter an educational institution, but not all of them are able to envision their goals due to the attitude of many teachers. The behavior of many managers, teachers and even some families has been the cause of many failures. Some students give up because they do not find motivation from those who would have greater pedagogical responsibility. Arrogance, lack of humility, arrogance and scientific deficiency are, among others, some of the evils that unfortunately vitiate many pedagogues. How can we banish these behaviors and what can be done to ensure quality education? The study aims to understand the challenges of communicative pedagogy and cultural realism in teaching. It is a proposal configured through analyses from different authors who have already spoken about the subject. Therefore, it is a bibliographic study.
