In this article, we present a comparative analysis of Latin American, Oceanic, and Mozambican cultures from a sociological perspective. This study aimed to describe the particularities and patterns of Latin American, Oceanic, and Mozambican cultural cultures. The study is classified as descriptive, due to our objective of accurately describing the characteristics of different cultures, presenting their differences across different continents. To obtain data, we used bibliographic research, culminating in the reading of several articles, books, and bulletins. In conclusion, we found that cultural diversity in a globalized context constitutes an opportunity for the exchange of information and new learning in relation to other cultures, and on the other hand, it constitutes a challenge insofar as the peoples under study are forced to detach themselves from their cultural traditions and customs in the face of globalization and modernization. This implies understanding that identity and social interaction are the focus of new cultural generations throughout the centuries.
