This Article entitled, Adolescents' Perception of the Contribution of the School Health Program in Reducing School Dropouts, emerges from the Mozambican educational reality, characterized by school dropout, especially in Primary Education. In this context, it started with the following question: What is the perception of adolescents about the contribution of the School Health Program in reducing school dropout rates in Mozambique – the case of students at Escola Secundária 25 de Setembro de Quelimane between the years 2021-2022? The general objective is to analyze adolescents' perception of the School Health Program in reducing school dropout rates in Mozambique – the case of students at Escola Secundária 25 de Setembro in Quelimane between the years 2021-2022. It is a relevant study, because it brings students' views on their health at school, which reflects the real conditions provided by these educational establishments, in order to ensure that students feel comfortable at school, especially the girls. It is understood that, based on these lessons, appropriate policies can be designed for each context regarding this matter. It is a descriptive study, based on the Case Study, in which 15 teenagers from ESG – 25 de Setembro de Quelimane participated. Data collection was done through observation, document analysis and semi-structured interviews. Preliminary results showed that adolescents' perception is negative regarding the availability of toilets, first aid stations and environmental sanitation. Certain adolescents demonstrated gaps in their knowledge of the existence of the School Health Program at School. With this reality, it is concluded that the School Health Program does not motivate students to remain at school.
