Abstract

O livro discurso nacional e etnicidade em África: o caso da Guiné-Bissau (1959-1994) analisa o processo de construção do Estado-nação na Guiné-Bissau, tendo como foco reflexivo as narrativas da identidade nacional, articulando-as com os conceitos de cultura, unidade nacional, diversidade étnica e religiosa.  Portanto, a concepção do Estado-nação na Guiné-Bissau deve ser compreendida como uma forma de resistência e revoltas feitas pelos popular e movimentos nacionalistas contra o regime colonial português.

Author Biography

Paulo Anós Té, Universidade da Integração Internacional da Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira-Universidade Federal de Pelotas

 É bacharel em Humanidades, pela Universidade da Integração Internacional da Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira – UNILAB/Brasil; e licenciando em Sociologia pela mesma instituição. Foi bolsista do programa PULSAR na UNILAB (2019 – 2020) e bolsista do Programa de Residência Pedagógica (PRP) (2020-2021) pela mesma instituição. Atualmente é bolsista de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica (PIBIC) (2020-2021) pela UNILAB e bolsista no grupo de pesquisa Sistema político: partidos, eleições e relações entre os poderes, da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPEL). Mestrando em Ciência Política na Universidade Federal de Pelotas – UFPEL/Brasil. Tem interesse no campo da Ciência Política, com ênfase nas instituições políticas, partidos políticos, representações políticas e democracia.
