Abstract

The present work sought to investigate the factors that underlie the lack of quality of education in the Primary Education subsystem from the study of the Complexo Escolar 4 de Julho Aeroporto (Dundo, Lunda Norte). Having as a basic question which factors influence the poor quality of Primary Education in the case of the Complexo Escolar 4 de Julho Aeroporto, the diagnosis was made; application of a questionnaire with 08 teachers and 02 members of the school management to collect data; observation, analysis, synthesis and percentage analysis, with a view to elaborating a proposal to adapt the school to fit the Law 17/16 and thus meet the necessary conditions to improve the quality of teaching.
